Shipping & Delivery

FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on orders $25+

Shipping is done through USPS First Class. Expedited delivery is also available at checkout for an additional cost.

We makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We strive to ship your order the same day, before cut-off time (2:00PM) or next business day after receiving your order.
Orders are processed and shipped from Miami, Florida. Please allow 3 - 6 business days to receive your order. 

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada and Mexico will be an additional shipping charge of $12 via USPS.

We are not responsible for additional duty charges incurred in shipping.

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days for manufacturer defect only. In order to receive proper refund on your return, please contact us for an Return Authorization (RA). Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted and shipped out.

Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original packaging with all materials intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at 305-594-4953 within 24 hour after the package was received so we can file a claim with the carrier.

We will not accept returns on damaged items if we have not been contacted first.
